Course
A guided space for being and breathing
Replace the office with a day in nature - and feel your breath, your heart and your body.
Do you experience the feeling of not being able to breathe deeply? Do you feel an uneasiness in your body? Do you have a lack of energy and difficulty sleeping?
Then you can give yourself a break with a day in nature and take care of yourself.
On this day, I will gently guide you to feel calmer, feel your breath, yourself and suggest ways you can move towards better mental health.
We work in nature, where the sky is high, space to be, to move, to breathe freely and to reflect under the open sky. The day is centered around our senses, experience-oriented and involving. We reflect together on the experiences you get along the way. This day is offered to both individuals and teams.
CONTENTS
The day begins with a quiet awakening and becoming present in oneself. I guide you through a nature walk to awaken the senses and then together we set an intention for the day. With presence and respect for what occurs, I will guide you through specific exercises in nature, so that you feel what your breath, your heart and your body are trying to tell you. Along the way, we reflect on your experiences.
BENEFITS
After the day, you have a greater understanding of and experience with the importance of nature for your mental health. You have got ideas for how you can create space yourself to regenerate and move towards greater well-being in your life.
