ABOUT MOUVO

Mouvo was founded with the desire to make a difference and create fertile ground for people and communities to grow. Sometimes we need to move and regenerate both physically, mentally and socially in order to create and give more life to ourselves and others. Without movement no life.

I support small and large movements and work based on the UN's 17 World Goals (#3, 4, 5, 10 and 11) and Inner Development Goals. In order to accelerate the fulfillment of the SDG´s, there is now an increased focus on the need to develop inner sustainability.

Inner Development Goals is an evidence-based framework with skills and qualities in relation to developing our ability to be with ourselves, make decisions for the benefit of a connected world, develop collaborative skills, enter into relationships, and give us the courage to act.

This is how I work

I collaborate with many different people in dynamic and relational processes. We create together. We listen, exchange opinions and attitudes. We explore and test. We evaluate adjust and document processes, progress and goals. We work together in a safe learning space with room for reflection and diversity. We move from idea to action and support both inner and outer movements. indre og ydre bevægelser.

I collaborate across gender, nationality and generations to make a difference together. I develop and scale sustainable initiatives with committed partners.

GET TO KNOW ME

I am a creative person of action with a curious approach to life.

My understanding of health is based on the fact that we as humans are able to regenerate, grow and renew ourselves after experiencing challenging life situations - regenerative health. I support people in exploring their inherent potential and work in an open space where we can move, change direction, breathe deeply, see new horizons, be creative and exploratory. Nature and culture create a unique space for such a practice.

For three decades I have worked in health and education - as a physiotherapist, clinical supervisor, health consultant, process facilitator and lecturer in health sciences.

I am also certified in nature therapy, health communication, guidance, coaching, design and management of creative processes as well as innovation and social entrepreneurship.

I have been engaged in international teaching and project work for more than 20 years; mainly with international partners in Europe and Rwanda.

I work with my own creative practice in an initiative called Craft to ConnectThere I express myself in an artistic community; creates time and space for flow, silence and self-forgetfulness.

I work towards a world where people and communities can regenerate, so that we are able to take better care of our near and distant world.
