There are not many opportunities for young girls to participate in educational activities. Together with professional dancers, I have established and developed the base of Aheza Crew. Aheza Crew is a group of young girls who learn breakdancing with the opportunity to compete at festivals and events like young men do. Aheza Crew is Rwanda's first female breakdance team. In addition to dance skills, the girls in Aheza Crew are also taught to be an active part of their 'community' and to be role models for other vulnerable young women.
